It is very probable that she was born in Kentucky as her father was already there in 1789. If this is true, since William lists his mother as being born in Kentucky and James Eastham's brother's wives were born in North Carolina and Virginia (most likely), this makes James the most likely father of William.

Jenny married James Eastham, son of James Eastham and Sarah Zachary, on 16 Mar 1807 in Pulaski, Kentucky, USA.²⁹⁶ (James Eastham was born in 1784 in Culpeper, Virginia, USA and was buried in Pulaski, Kentucky, USA.)
