P15 - Grand Jury returned a presentment against Ephraim Churchwell for endeavoring to persuade William Mullin & Alexander Martin to go with him to the head of Sandy of Kentucky to get stray horses and conceal & convey them to their own use. On oath of William Mullin & Alexander Martin. A presentment against Peter McAntosh for harboring horse theives.
