We the undersigned commissioners of Accounts appointed by the Pulaski County Court at their August term 1834 in pursuance of an Act of Assembly approved February 24, 1834 having been called on, applied to by James Eastham, Executor of the state of James Eastham, decd met on the 1st day of July 1835 according to notice, and then proceeded to state adjust and settle the accounts of said decedents estate with James Eastham his Extr, and found as follows, towit:
That the Executor is charged with this sum being the amount of sales - - - $4,421.43 3/4
Which is subject to the following credits:
This sum paid C. Waits account, $72.16
This sum paid John G. Cundiff, $5.16
This sum paid W. B. Gilmore (coffin), $6.00
This sum paid F. T. Fox fee, $2.50
This sum paid John G. Cundiff (xurveying), $3.00
This sum paid Elizabeth Vaught, $2.00
This sum paid Elizabeth Read, $1.25
This sum paid C. Wait (for whiskey), $4.31 1/4
This sum paid Moses Doss (crier), $3.00
This sum paid appraisers, $4.00
This sum paid Joseph Porter Clr sale, $2.00
This sum paid C. Jasper Shffs. receipt, $10.67 1/2
This sum paid Clerks fee bills, $3.69
This sum paid C. Wait (for carding), $2.31 1/4
This sum paid cost of suit with Love, $13.43
This sum allowed Executor for management of Estate being 5 percent on the amount of sales in full for his services -- $221.00
This sum paid commissioners of Settlement of accounts, $10.50
This sum paid constables costs, $.37 1/2
This sum paid G. R. Elliot's account, $29.50
Total -- $396.86 1/2
Gross -- $4,024.57 1/4
We find remaining in the Executors hands as above, the sum of four thousand and twnty four dollars 57 1/4. All of which we report to the Pulaski County Court. Given under ___ this 2nd day of July 1835.

At a county court held for Pulaski County at the courthouse thereof in the town of Somerset on Monday the 16th day of November A. D. 1835. - This settlement and report of accounts of the estate of James Eastham dec'd having been filed & laid over one term of said court, was ordered to be recorded and the same is done accordingly.
